Performance Coaching Program

Australian Sailing invites *Campaigning Sailors interested in join the Performance Coaching Program (PCP) for the 2017/18 season to submit an expression of interest.

All PCP athletes will be offered training on general training days at various training locations, majority of training located out of Mornington Yacht Club and Royal Brighton Yacht Club.  To meet the requirements, all Campaigning Sailors are required to have an evaluation with Head of State Coaching – Adrian Finglas before a position is offered to join the PCP.

The PCP program is here to accelerate athletes sailing skills, the purpose of this program is to provide Victorian sailors with the right attitude and the best possible opportunity to ‘be their best’.

*(Campaigning sailors – Sailors who may not have qualified for the VST, however wish to be part of the program and can demonstrate to the Head of State Coaching that they are of a suitable standard and are campaigning for a National or World level regatta).
